Nice explanation. But in diagrams of P and N-type blocks displayed in the rare end of the video should have little corrections in N-type No of electrons should be equal to a sum no. of hole and no. of immobile positive ions.

Thank you sir, Sir,Does ions helps in conductivity or it is neutral?when two charges combine together will it form an ion(acceptor ion formed due to hole in p type filled with electron)?

Actually.....The ions r fixed in the valence shell(as they r involved in bonding)...So they only produce an electric field for the charge carriers to move... Hope this answer helps....😃
