The second amendment specifically states that “people’s right to bare arms shall not be infringed”... if Kamala pushes confiscations she’s knowingly attacking the constitution. What do you expect will happen if she pushes her assault weapon ban with a country as divided as it is? I’ll tell you what will happen, most likely it won’t be enforced and Biden’s rule will lose legitimacy. Worst case scenario, several States will secede from the Union. It is being taught in some of our public schools currently there is a lawsuit working the way through courts from a upset parent whose child is half black half white. Individuals must undergo a psychiatric exam by a licensed psychiatrist at least two members of the household must also be interviewed. A gun training class consisting of 24 hours of practice must be obtained prior to owning a firear, Which costs more money of course. I am not against gun training of course however the second amendment is a right, not a privilege we must pay for. Firearms are to be registered with the ATF. An online database of such firearms will be made available to the public, so the public can see what firearms your household has. Registration leads to confiscation it always has all over the world. No magazines holding over 10 rounds. Anyone caught transferring ammo or firearms outside of the guidelines set by the ATF will be hit by fine no less than $50,000 no more than $100,000. This is just some of the bullet points from this bill 127 that I just pre-reviewed last night. I'm still gathering more of the meat and potatoes of that bill. it is certainly an infringement on our second amendment. They want our guns stored in a separate safe and ammo stored in a different safe. They have plans to make it too expensive for a regular individual to own a firearm with all the annual fees and make it impossible to use one in an emergency when your ammo is separated from the firearm and under lock and key so on and so forth. Many argue we are heading towards communism with the anti-first amendment and anti-second amendment examples I have given above. Why would anyone even need to know this unless you are a soldier, no civilian needs guns of any type.
