I am in Ireland and we had a similar Tax collecting system as to your FBI. But one such collector visited a small farmer at his home and during his scrutiny of the books the VICTIM brought out his shotgun and fired off two rounds into the bottom of the door saying the RATS are a real problem at his house. The collector left promptly. Not sure of the outcome in the longer term ??. But the frustration is palpable. 🤣
