The recent People's initiative is unconstitutional so COMELEC must dismiss it. A People's initiative can only amend the constitution but cannot revise it. Altering the check and balance in Congress is example of a revision of the Constitution. A revision in the constitution can only be done by Constitutional Convention and Constitutional Assembly and not through People's Initiative. If COMELEC verified these signatures, the opposing party can go to Supreme Court to question PI. And hopefully SC will favor against this recent PI.

Honesty is crucial, if you don’t, It will be a missed opportunity for you, Senator, given your potential for presidency or vice presidency, as there are limited alternatives if Duterte doesn't run.

Baba na ba ang presyo ng mga bilihin tulad ng bigas, isda, sibuyas? 2. Marami na ba ang magkakaroon ng trabaho? 3. Gaganda na ba ang buhay ng mga magsasaka? 4. Hindi na ba maghihirap ang mga mangingisda? 5. Hindi na ba mawalan ng kabuhayan ang mga driver ng jeep? 6. Hindi na ba tayo bubulihin ng China? 7. Mababayaran na ba ang utang na 14,510,000,000,000.00 trillion pesos? 8. Baba na ba ang krimen o mga drug related cases? 9. Aangat na ba ang quality ng edukasyon natin? 10. Hindi na ba masisira ang ating kalikasan? 11. Wala na bang corruption? 12. Mabawasan na ba ang traffic? 13. Marami na ba ang aahon sa hirap? 14. Gaganda na ba ang Health services (libre gamot, hospital, etc.)? 15. Dadami na ba ang mga permanent and disenteng trabaho? 16. Tataas na ba ang sweldo ng mga manggagawa? 17. Hindi na ba mahalata ang editing ng PCSO kung may manalo? People’s initiative daw, pero bakit may coercion at deception sa pagpapirma? If it is timely and really needed to change the Philippine Constitution, then it must be done in an honest, sincere, and faithful way. It should be changed for the good of the country and for the good of many suffering Filipinos.
