Sen-no-iwa is a representative of the old Yaba landscape made of agglomerated rocks, and is called the "rock of Sen" along with Koshuho (where the Ao no Domon (Blue Cave Gate) is located). Ken-ga-dake in particular is the largest rock pillar in all of Yabakei.
The natural beauty created by the rocks covered with ivy and casuarina is like the world of a landscape painting.
