I agree, I wish I could erase my memory and spend another Summer blitzing this game. It was truly a highlight of my life, even if this had been the only game in the series - I'd still be hugely glad I had the experience

@@t0mm0t Trista's theme, Refreshing Morning, and Back to the Dorm were the early tracks that told me I'd have a good time. I definitely like this one too.

Same with the Sky trilogy, the last game just wants you to hang on too the liberal heros one last time

CS1 has the best, most complete OST in the series or maybe even in Falcom's history, in my opinion. Tokyo Xanadu is great and I have a soft spot for Sky 3rd as well, but nothing beats CS1, man. Just so many incredibly catchy tracks.

I can't help but get a Persona vibe from this and it's very addicting to listen to.

I'm right with you. I don't normally listen to this kind of music. If I had to hazard a guess on the genre, I would say somewhere in the ballpark of jazz fusion or proto house, especially when listening to the beginning of the song.

The others have incredible tracks too like “alley of silence,” “possibilities are endless,” “glowing the Heimdallr,” and my favorite one of all: “feel at home.”

Falcom always have good composers leaving it's so sad...

fun fact falcom have been making music and games like this since the early 1980's so if anything it's persona that took inspiration from this series.

It's a fact that falcom have been making games longer (since the early 1980's with their first rpg game being Panorama Island or panorama toh in 1983) the first megami tensei game was released in 1987 followed by shin megami tensei in 1992 and then the first persona game was released in 1996 it's a fact that they have been making this kind of music longer(also since the 1980's) so please explain how me saying that one company being older than another and saying that another company took inspiration from an older company in terms of music that is, is illogical and biased when it's literally what the facts point to. I don't need to name any songs that similar to p3 and onward because that proves nothing at all even though falcom has released a ton of jazzy osts that would fit pretty well in persona. I also never said that an older company can't take inspiration from a newer one so I have no idea where you got that from.
