Bautista said LTO should have ordered the plastic license in August 2022. If that is true, Guadiz should have done it but did not, and did not even do the TOR yet. Guadiz first said that they were 80% complete before he left the LTO but then changed it a little later to 75% (without the Senators noticed it) before he left the LTO.

They allow fixer to accept registration applicants. Me it takes 5 months to keep bugging the fixer. I paid 10,000.00 until now I'm still waiting here in Butuan City. I bought my car black in color. In registration they put it blue. I have to pay the fixer 5,500.00 to change their mistakes . This is in Butuan City.

why do people have to go to a driving lesson agency before taking the non-pro license? The corruption is at this point as some are asking for Php 15K fees and to make it look like they passed the driving lesson and this includes the license to be released. We are taking the exams at LTO, isn't this enough???????

Sa kinarorounan ko ngayon, once the driver's license issued - forever na. Pag kapasa ko sa driving test, penermahan ng expert ang student's driver's license ko, then per post dumating w/in 3 days kasama ang bill. Ang sestima sa Pinas, masyadong complicated.

Kapag may comprehensive insurance na no need ang TPL kasi sakop na yun lahat. Kung may fly by nigth dapat kasuhan yung mga gumagawa nyan yun nga lang kailagan may resibo ka para patutuhanan yan sa korte.
