Senate President Chiz Escudero, walang nakikitang problema sa 'Bagong Pilipinas' hymn at pledge 

Walang nakikitang masama si Senate President Francis "Chiz" Escudero sa utos na isama sa flag ceremony ang "Bagong Pilipinas" hymn at pledge.
Sa ilalim ng Memorandum Circular No. 52 required na ang mga ahensiya at tanggapan ng pamahalaan, at maging mga state colleges and universities na isama sa kanilang lingguhang flag ceremony ang "Bagong Pilipinas" hymn at pledge.
Pero nilinaw rin ni Escudero na hindi sakop ng utos ang Senado at maging ang Kongreso dahil applicable lamang ito sa mga tanggapan na nasa ilalim ng Executive Branch.
