The problem with Nigeria oil sector is mediocrity beginning with the minister Kyerie (whatever his name is). Who cares about his "reputation or his person??" This is about the survival of Nigeria and not about him. There's no intelligence whenever he speaks. Mr. Kevin Emmanuel is a 1000% more qualified to run nnpcl. But Tinubu is too old and really unintelligent enough to understand the real problem of nnpcl as long as they can keep borrowing against oil still in the ground. Shameful 😮.

Obasanjo said the refineries cannot be resuscitated according to what SHELL petroleum told him when he wanted to privatize the refineries during his administration. So, any government trying to resuscitate the refineries is wasting time and money. He further said that NNPC are aware that the refineries cannot be fixed and yet they keep encouraging successive government that this time around, the refineries would work. Lets see if they would work as they have assured us in President Tinubu government.
