I have two of them one for my watercolor set up and one for my colored pencils. I had them send me swatches of the colors before I bought them. I bought the moss and the grey. Very happy with them.
Have mine about a month now and love it, here in Europe they even cost more😅. Still am amazed at what I can fit into it, everything is now together just put the Sendak in my bag and I have everything that I need with me love it. Enjoy your new Sendak😊.
I totally get that. Full disclosure it was wrapped in some brown paper that slid off inside. I think they try to be zero plastic but it is a lot of faith in the US postal system lol.
Yes. If you’re looking on their website, it’s misrepresented there. It’s much lighter on the website. It is shown correctly other places though. I tried to talk to them about returning it for another color and they basically made it so I had to pay the shipping to return it then ghosted - except for responding to comments on this video lol. It’s a nice product but the company is awful FYI.
All due respect you had plenty of time to comment on this video and other social media. I contacted you and you referred me to someone else. I contacted again because you did not offer to cover the shipping refund. It was an approximately $200 item. The description and picture should be clear and accurate. It is very clear that your attitude toward this was “too bad.” Saying you’re sorry here is nothing but PR to cover your poor business practices. I’m sure the same false picture is still on the website too.
I would just like to say that I have two Sendak from Peg and Awl, also one of their wood paint palettes and the large accessory bag. One Sendak in Moss which looks like yours and one in the spice color. I also emailed the company about my first one and wondering if it would ship in time for my vacation, they answered my email that day and said they shipped my Sendak that same day!! Their customer service was excellent for me, which is why I purchased the second one and the other items as well. I’m so sorry your experience didn’t go as well. I believe them to be an excellent company however they are a very small company.
I have a long watercolor pan. Do you think it would fit in the wider inside pockets? This might be my birthday present. I travel and paint all the time. Thank you for the review and the heads-up about the company.
Hi! So you might be able to fit it but then I’m not sure you’d be able to roll and latch it. Also if you plan to use the pencil holders, it’ll make it difficult to get pencils in and out if you put anything bulky in there. Hope that helps!
