I bought a Zippo pipe lighter Or so I thought Had the pipe picture in the bottom left corner Opened it up and it has a different year “regular” insert, not a pipe insert. Can I send it in for a pipe insert?

Zippo is a great company for fixing their products. I've found that most of the problems have to do with the hinge or the cam spring. I've sent my Zippo back 5ish times and it's always a problem with the hinge or the cam spring, I just sent it back yesterday because of the hinge. 2 of my favorite companies for honoring their warranties are Zippo and Kryptonite. Kryptonite doesn't have alifetime warranty like Zippo but they have great Customer Service. I prefer to let my Zippos sit for at least 2 days to make sure EVERYTHING is evaporated before mailing it.
