Thank you! I just got my beginner’s Therabands and this was the perfect workout to start with. I’m 62 and really want to build muscle mass and strength. I’m going to encourage my husband to work out to your videos with me. 🎉❤
Just spotted your channel. I love the huge variety of exercises from barre to resistance bands to seated, tabata and 10 minute snippets. With these options it will keep me from getting bored. Thank you.
Thank you so much for the upload; I am recuperating from an esophagectomy and currently undertaking immunotherapy and my exercise physiologist has given me a program to combat fatigue. This is a great extension incorporating the theraband which I also use. A few of the exercises she has given me without using the theraband but I can include a theraband as an extension or variation.
@@SeniorShapeFitness Yes. At least 3 of them. I need to be in movement. I have an ACL surgery and my knees, my legs and my body need to be strong so.... let’s workout.
Great video - good pace - thank you - my wife has some Covid booster issues - effecting joints etc (PMR) - I also will be doing these exercises - we are using the red resistance band - but also have yellow and blue bands.
