Fantastic! I looked up this product and it's $40 plus shipping, and you would also need a powerful cordless drill with a side handle. An electric boat trailer winch (with a galvanized steel cable and hook) is about $100.
Lady please stop before you hurt yourself. Get a 12 volt boat recovery winch. Have it installed in your trailer with the 12v adapter to the receiver lights. It’s a press of a button. Easier safer.
What impressed me most, was the speed of the recovery. My wife and I have to pull our canoes up a steep hill for 80 feet. It's not all about you. Thanks for your comment, very thoughtful.
It's pretty easy to hook up a stabilizer bar or handle so that you don't have to deal with the torque. You should think before you decide to criticize. ... just saying.
Maybe they don't want to half submerge their car in the water to do that. When my rear tires are just touching the water, most of my trailer rollers are still out of the water. My ute isn't rust proof, and I'd have to fully submerge my rear diff to get enough trailer rollers in the water for drive off/on, plus I'm going in to salt water.
