Such a shame Lady, Keylie and Angel passed away sounded like lovely dogs. Gita will secretly love Weller. But Gita has sadly passed away too :( They may rest. Weller will be a happy pup hopefully.
My Jonas has a dry nose like that. He ended up with proliferative arteritis. We got that under control but then something happened where is liver got huge and he had high temps and with in a week he had to be put to sleep. 😢 miss him so much. Best dog ever.
It is genuinely so, so sad to lose these awesome companions. I lost my wonderful 'little boy', Tonto, back in January, and it really cut me up, so bad. Berners are the sweetest, loveliest companions you could wish for. They are simply amazing, intelligent and loyal 'gentle giants'. I'm so glad that you rescued them - that wicked breeder should be banned from owning dogs for the rest of their life. I'm so glad that you found Weller!!!👌😎
They are pure breeds 😱😍 Here we’d call them bäri, which Mans little bear in Swiss German. I remember 30 years ago when we had more farmers,many of them had these dogs on their farms. Unfortunately both,the breed and the farmers,disappear more and more each year. It makes me happy to see that people allover the world share so much joy over this beautiful Swiss breed. Heartwarming story - the effort you put forth was so worth it ! I had to put my berner down 6 years ago because he got cancerous tumors - the most gut wrenching choice I’ve ever had to make ! He was my buddy Beau . Haven’t got another dog yet either - don’t want to have to bury another dog - it truly wears on you . I think God knew there was a kid in heaven that needed my buddy to be his buddy . Thank you for sharing your joy !
What a great video that shows how life is. You mourn and greatly miss the ones who crossed before you, but you also have a chance to open your heart to someone new. Enjoy your new adventures with your new friends
It was lovely to see Weller’s beginnings with you guys he is such a beautiful special soul and I’m sure even as the annoying little brother at times, he brought Gita great comfort. Our current basset boy did the same for our beautiful old basset Daisy and gave her a new lease of life in her later years, she lived to the grand old age of nearly 13 before she peacefully passed. Dogs are so special I just wish they stayed with us longer but your other wonderful Berner bunch video shows so clearly why they don’t have to and I’m sure it has been a great comfort to many people including myself, thank you. All dogs that i ve had are in my hearth but i can t stop thinking about my two berners Figaro and Bianca . i adopted them together they couldn t be separate . So kind but hearthbreaker

We adopted a 10 year old newfy. She was a champion "breeder" and was no longer of use to the breeder. Sweetest, most loving, happy dog ever. We had a pyrenees, and they were fast friends. We loved her until the end. She gave us so much.
We had to let Louis, our gentle giant, go in December 2023. Bernese mountain dogs are special. I hope they have both have a great time together and give you the joy an love you deserve.
My face and throat are so sore. Sometimes you dont realise how cathartic such stories can be and it must have gotten to me, deep , subconsciously straining my face in opposition to the feelings i was having, and even more emotional and bitter sweet, after losing my big big, beautiful husky , Sash app 1 year ago but its still raw pain today. So sorry for the losses but have mad respect for qthe sheer love and joy of your pack. Hopefully, maybe we can all reconnect with those we loved so much but ultimately had toblead them across the old 🌈 🌉 . Hopefully its just a temporary separation. ❤
Why people need to be so sellfish when they buy animals. BUY FROM RESPONSIBLE CARING BREEDERS!! And if it's more expensive, deal with it. Horrid person. So good they found you, and knew love for a few years
