catherine i'm so grateful for having seen this more vulnerable side to you and your friends. i see people like you and chris killing it at stanford -- you with the notoriety from your platform + leadership as class prez + etc., chris with his insane charisma/leadership as a tour guide + frat prez + etc. -- and strive to be as seemingly content as you guys are. but hearing that even you guys thought college would be more fun, or thought it'd feel more like home, sheds a light onto a common vulnerability in all of us. thanks for this. chris is my fave

Reflect I'm also so glad that this vulnerability came out in this video. Since the content of each episode is determined by what people are willing to offer up/what happens that week it can be hard to focus on different topics of people aren't willing to talk about them. I feel very grateful to have such honest, down to earth friends. :)

tbh this was very comforting to watch as someone who's in the middle of college apps and waiting to hear back from my dream school this week. it reminds me that even being at an amazing school like stanford is not as perfect as the picture we conjure in our mind. hearing you guys talk about how you wish it had been more fun or felt more at home is a reminder that college is college, and just because you go to somewhere like stanford doesn't mean everything is all swell. it gave me some much-needed perspective.

As you are completing your senior year of university, I am completing my senior year of high school. What Chris said about "not having as much fun as he thought" and "not feeling like Stanford what his home" really resonated with me because I have had a hard three years coming in high school and also thought my experience would be much different, especially senior year.

I know it sucks in the moment, but everything happens for a reason. It's not a reflection at all of who you are--the app process is a total crapshoot. I'm going to assume they broke up because all the pictures they had together on their Instagram is no longer there. Also, the last episode or two, where Gabriella and Cath did Stanford's love match thing may also hint at the fact that they're no longer together. At the end if the day, it's not our business.
