@ 4:06 I have the exact same problem. When I lift my legs while seated, my legs curl in instead of coming up straight. What muscle is it that needs to worked on? Hip abductors?
Mobility matters. Bicycles matter. Electric busses matter. Electric trains matter. Safe protected bike and bus lanes are necessary for efficient transport. Children should be able to ride bicycles or take a bus to school safely. Cities need to provide multiple options for transportation. Less cars, more buses, more bicycles. Staying active is key. There is a climate crisis. We need to make walking, cycling, using escooters and taking a bus easier and the default option for most people. Ebikes are brinigng many older adults back to cycling and the benefits of exercise.

When I am seated in my chair, and the cats climb onto my lap, I always take that opportunity to do a few of the raised shoulder/arm flexed posture stretches. I usually remind myself to flex my leg muscles and knee/ankle joints at the same time.

Most elderly people have problems getting up off the floor. As a child you spend a lot of time on the floor, adults do not. Doing yoga / stretching exercises on the floor can improve balance, mobility, flexibility and the ability to get up and down.. Just getting up and down to the floor in a controlled manner is difficult for many older adults. Play with your children on the floor. Bend over, get down and pull weeds in your garden. Play with a pet on the floor. The more effort you make to work on balance and flexibility will pay dividends as you age.
Does the hot/cold head work on the old Q2 massage guns? If so, can you please sell the head separately for those of us who have already purchased the Q2?
Seeing Bob makes me realize how much I have missed him and his sense of humor. Sorry Mike, you try hard to be funny, but sometimes you come off as sarcastic towards Brad. -I’d also encourage you to wear longer pants and stop your leg ticks. Makes me nervous.
Interesting to see these exercises. The are part of what we do thrice weekly at a senior center aerobics class. I walk there, about half a mile. Balance, arising from a seated position, deep breathing, all these things are good and good for you. By the way, I wish I was the type who loves to exercise but alas, most of the time it's a "gotta go." That said, so many benefits. It's not just longevity, but quality of life. Feel like a million bucks afterward. Sleep better. Mood is better. These guys got it.
I disagree, to look younger do social dancing, you socialize, it stimulate your brain, keep you in shape and at the same time enjoy life which is very important as you age. I am 86 yrs old male, I dance various ballroom and Latin dance 4 5 times a week, 2 to 3 hrs.
I watched one of your older videos from about two years ago, because I had a trapped nerve in my neck that was causing severe pain in my left shoulder blade. I visited my chiropractor twice which only slightly relieved the pain, but what really helped was your video which was about the exact issue that I had and with the exercises you demonstrated the relief came and finally I was able to sleep on my side again. You are a God send. I also own one of your massage guns and some of your other equipment. I’m going to check out your new massage gun and consider purchasing it. I love the one I already have. When my sister visited Orlando from England with her family a couple of years ago, she was complaining about her feet, so I packed my massage gun in my suitcase when I flew down from NJ to join her for a few days and when I got to the villa she had rented I got out the massage gun and massaged her feet. She felt so much better and I can’t live without it. It also made my neck and shoulder better. ❤
