Sennheiser GSP 370 Open mic issue. I found that the mic was open even in the muted position ever time the computer started or restarted when using the sennheiser software only after the mic was cycled up and down once did the mic mute work properly. If not using the sennheiser softer there was no issue with an open mic or with the mute function. I also had cracking or popping in the left ear cup.
@@StephenHD Well I have the headphones the GSP 370 but I have a problem I hear a popping cracking sound on the left cup from time to time also the sound if it is continuous some time interrupts and sounds horrible. With the latest firmware available, yours do the same?

@@hotwiredpc4079 I have the same problems, sometimes mine is always muted. Them most annoying thing is the cracking sound because sometimes all the sound is craking for seconds and the only fix it's to mute the sound and then raise the volume again. I have the Game One right now and i was thinking to make the jump to wireless. I would like to see a microphone comparison between these two and a sound one :)
Whats the max bit rate on the headphones? On my cloud flights I can max out at 16 bit 48000Hz.. Does this headset go any higher? I really want wireless at 24bit 96000Hz.
Hi, I just bought the gsp 370. They sound great but ... The volume knob(the wheel) on the headset itself only reduces the volume, it does not increase it. Turn it down or up. What I can do? Thank you
Should maybe think about expanding to videos talking about other parts of your setup(such as your monitors). Feel like you could be a very good tech RU-vidr!

Hi guys! I wanted to tell you all: please, before you buy this headset, you should first inform yorself about endless problems that this headset has to offer! After driver update, my dongle bricked! First, I've experienced several malfunctions, and then, nothing worked...I tried literally everything! Read every single issue solving post, and nothing worked. Many other buyers experienced same problems, and in the end, no one could solve this problems, not even EPOS (Sennheiser). Now, I have 200,00€ trash that stands on my computer desk, and hoping for better days... I'll never buy anything else from Sennheiser because they have poor costumer service, and their software developers are NOT making a good job.
