I often have to take Curtis Judd’s word for it on which microphone sounds better, but this time the difference seems dramatic. That was a good advertisement for this microphone

OMG most of what's you said is just not true. You don't even know what a shotgun mic is... I don't think upgrading can help you in any way unless really want to believe it. It is definitely louder with the new mic lol. bTW congrats for the purchase, it's an amazing mic.

I'm using MKH50 also, it's a much better sound than your MKE600

Well I have the MKE 600 and I use it as well. I’m probably not going to get because I like using the MKH 50 and the MKE 600
