The stingettes will consistently do one thing, and that’s bring the best out of teams. Their count book is heavy and versatile especially with a captain like zy. The arrangements from the band sound better and better each game. Shout out to Justin (DM) stepping up this year in the front of the band they look solid this year.
I believe other teams do not get the same fairness (reviews) when it comes to content….counts, formations, uniform materials (mesh), technique, energy etc. LETS NOT praise a team for not being ready Not in place when the music starts. We all have our favorites but again let’s not be ugly or bias they ALL WORK HARD TO ENTERTAINING THE CROWD 💯 encouragement matters to the ladies ✌️😇

GGs did it for me, Stings started shining in the 5th for me but Overall GGs took it for me they were cleaner and more uniform! But I did enjoy both disses
GGs! GGs wigs flying, breaking ankles, getting stabbled or shot, they don't stop. Pure entertainment!!. . Can any team match the joy they bring, you can't watch em without getting happy. Nobody beats the GGs but themselves.
This was one of the ❤best battles of 2023 HBCU Dance lines Alcorn VS Alabama State. Zy and Jak did not come to play they both reach inside their count bag and was prepared. GGS did bring it they have extra flare 🔥or something. They added something to them counts and Anayah the tail extra spice hunni. The Stingettes gives fire counts and elegance. When Zy added GGs count in the routine, the Stings ate that was too 🔥 fire. Pip tailing it we here for it.
The GG's have definitely recovered from the departure of their legendary Captain Kevia. This is the best squad the Stingettes have had since Asia. Both Squads put on a great show and I feel this one was to close to call. To have such a small squad the GG's appeared more powerful and posed than the Stingettes. What the GG's lacked in numbers they made up for in their performance.. Wow way to go ladies Kevia would be proud.
I haven't been this excited during a season since Janae's captain year. They are so exciting to watch and the battles so far have been amazing. The crabs also know so many counts already and look great. Keep it up Stingettes😍
can't front the Stingettes are very tough to deal with, I thought the GGs were in trouble going into this game but Jak just stepped up and her teams was on point with her. The cuts were needed. Big ups to Alcorn all around, band included going into the hostile environment getting a dub. Much respect to the Stingettes and GGs they are the two most viewed dance teams on youtube. I love their capt.
The growth Za & the Stingettes displaying this season alone is crazy. I was just saying I don’t really care for how Za does filler counts and she nailed them this game!! She always gone ride the beat but them filler counts matter too. Not just when the beat come back in. Great job ladies on both sides but I’m gone roll with Za & Pip on this one.
i’m sorry but the stings diss didn’t hit as hard to me, not because they didn’t throw it the same as the GGs, but they weren’t really together throughout that song. and ms. tail from the GGs made me feel like baby knew her team had it regardless. i wish ms. pip had a moment on that last diss cause i feel like i would’ve really felt the battle energy if those two things were fixed.
Hard agree on that first part. For me it felt like they were going through the motions on the first diss count, it didn’t feel like they even put their take on it. That said they still have a good show, the ggs just went above and beyond.
I’m trying to figure out how in the hell they knew them GG counts so fast lmao unless they always have other teams counts in they back pocket just in case for situations like this!

The GGs kept throwing hooks 😂😂❤ I like the smaller squad cause I can get to know names. GGs and Motion the hardest teams to learn. This was a great game. I love the wiggle count but mainly for the look back and wave. But that ssa shaking count that Madi threw is a favorite. ❤ last the girl on the right shoulder of Jak look like Makaya
It was a tie. I think it’s easier for dancers to spot the inconsistencies than some of the fans that are just judging by entertainment. Both teams had moments of them not being clean, lacking cohesion, timing, and etc. it appears that it comes from some dancers trying to out dance each other. But I digress I have no leg in this I danced at Howard lol
At the end of the day it all comes down to preferences 🤣 ion like giving battles a tie, but this was the most tie battle I seen yet and imma just say it all comes down to the style you like the best.
Battle of the season so far I think jak came to prove a point they def get the win for me but the stingettes look damn good as well overall great game for both squads
Teams been throwing other teams counts as shade for years! Even the Dolls did it years ago to Motion, it was actually DT that threw it lol it’s a fun shade and entertainment. We keep asking for a battle we got it!
I'll be there first to admit I counted Jak out but she made me a believer this battle. It's a close call but overall I gotta give it to the Stingettes and ASU. That diss round goes to GGs hands down.

Morgan is right about the Stingettes needing a little more uniformity with the details, particularly in the ending of songs and sit-downs. That being said, I think it's a little unfair to compare the whole team to a team that cut the weaker girls for the battle. Both teams excelled this week. The best battle so far this season!
THIS!!!! I dont think they wouldve been as clean had they didn’t make cuts. As much as I love my stings they are really lacking in the cleanliness department. If it come down to cuts for a smoother outcome then sooo be it 🤷🏾♀️

This was easily the GGs they gave me chills. They dance and look as one and kill it. The Stingettes shouldn't have come back with that same count... It didn't go with the selection Also Zy, beautiful but something about her movements is like... Mechanical. Its count, count, count like she dont feel it. Or is it the stands? Idk...
I’m sorry I think they played I’m my girl princesses face, like she so short it seem like she couldn’t really watch the counts being thrown so she had to catch on quickly, she needs to me more in the middle front row definitely!!
The GG's won and Jak is nothing to play with, but I'm going to say this....if you notice and pay close attention...The Stingettes make the girls sweat. They make the girls pay extra attention to detail and count selection. They make the girls prepare every time and do the best they can. You can see it in their delivery when they go head to head. Some of these teams will have an okay game going against another team one week, but will be in super sync like hell when they go against the Stingettes lol. Pay attention.
Just my opinion 🤌 GGS counts all look the exact same so its like i was watching them > kill< the same count All night . It wasnt until they did the wiggle count when i was like 🤌 " yesssssss" ⚠️ even when they did singles and everyone got low , it was like watching every girl do the same count . Outside of that , the team collectively are BEAST ✔️📌 Wigs came off, ppl injured, and steady readjusting formations, and still no Weak Links and that Speaks volume ⚠️ STINGETTES: Looks- GLAM ON AMIR💫 #10 Uni : It gave Renaissance #Bey Counts: Their counts always seem to make sense & tell a story and if the captain knows her music and throws the right count at the right time, its a show stopper and a moment will be created 🤌⚠️ Stingette counts always look synchronized and cohesive vs some teams just look like they're at a buck or die event. If the stingettes can take heed of being more insync with cuts off and attention and count when when executing it , its a DONE DEAL for their components bc they sale you the entire package 🤌⚠️⚠️🐝💫💫💫💫💫 Depending on how one is visually judging the battle, if we go off the game : Ggs bc stings barely danced according to this video Field: Stingettes with the COHESIVENESS, entertainment value, &total packaging visually 5th quarter: 😅 my choice Stingettes entertainment wise but if you go with no mess ups completely , as A Stingette fan , GGs took it right back to Alcorn while getting mopped with their own counts 🤌⚠️🐝💫
Great job, both teams. But at the end of the day, the fact that you have to cut half your team to battle speaks volumes. No shade, but there's no comparison. You're a team with strengths and weaknesses. At this point, everyone should be on the floor. Just my opinion. I love the approach of the stingettes and jsettes at this point in the season this year. The teams are winning, mistakes, and all. ❤
I'll omit the "such" next time bcuz I wasn't trying to act like anything. Just stating that when both groups are doing well, hitting all the marks and we really have nothing else to go off of, the coordination of the smaller group (if it's there) is gonna look more clean and win over the crowd.
