I think it’s funny how many people think Chalice should go to jail the most (if anything) but she got 55 years with parole (which she’ll most definitely get/escape) while everybody else got harsh sentences (except the Root Pack)
Ironically enough, the one crime that they did get sentenced for technically wasn't even a crime. The guard gave them full permission to enter and even held the door open

I consider the soul stealing as Grand larceny, assault, and kidnapping. Larceny because that's stealing something especially valuable. Assault because it would likely hurt to have your soul taken by force. And kidnapping as their soul contains their sentience.
We need more Disney villains and the crimes they should be sentenced for! The Evil Queen would be sentenced to prison and death, The Coachman from Pinocchio should be sentenced to life in prison for his Pleasure Island scheme, and plenty of other villains should be put in prison for murder!
Considering the fact that Cuphead and Mugman look and act and act a lot like kids, they live with Elder Kettle, and a lot of people treat them like kids, I'm pretty sure they are either kids or at the most teens.
I love how Cuphead will be sent to prison for life while Mugman will be sent to the electric chair while the shows "Grifter" will only get 55 years in prison
Yeah like Cuphead is a troubler maker but he never resorted to willingly kill people. Mugman may be the more moral brother, but he is also the most unhinged.
i think cala maria would get the death penalty because when brineybeard arrives near the cave, you can see lots of stone bodies, which means only cala maria could have petrified them thus, a death penalty.

This got dark real quick- but also. With elder kettle. I believe he was a soldier in a war. So when he was in war, apparently there are laws in war. So if he possibly broke any of these. Or even just killing the opposing. He would have more cases of murder than anything else. In season 3, he ran over the Devil with his car. So that is assult and prob a accidental murder attempt. The Devil also in season 3. He threatened to murder Santa. He evaporated an old woman. He attempted to assault Mugman in the episode "Cupstaged" with some backstage equipment. He also tried to assult or kill Cuphead and Mugman in the 1st episode of season 3. He blackmailed Ms Chalice. Idk if that is a crime though. But he would have murdered (again?) Ms Chalice if she didn't do as he asked of her.
I think nearly every one of them except for Guzma would get the death penalty or life in prison. Guzma, at the end of the day, is just a thug and is even against taking over the world in comparison to what Lusamine tried to accomplish. He even teams up with you to help you take them down
Can you even kill the Devil? I mean doesn’t killing him mean tipping the balance between life and death and making the whole cycle come undone and essentially bringing mayhem and chaos like no other.

No clue how he’d fare in marbles. Dexter and Mandy: The first two rounds are a cakewalk, and they’re small enough to hide during the brawl. However, these two are far from team players. Johnny Bravo: He has a decent shot at red light green light, but he’s too much of a klutz for honeycomb. Blossom and Buttercup: More superheroes. And with the exception of the Gangreen Gang’s impressions, they’re good at seeing through deception. Bubbles: Unfortunately, the sweetest sister isn’t quite as smart, and gets fooled like Ali. Cow, Chicken, I.R. Baboon, Bloo, Lazlo, Flapjack, Uncle Grandpa: Not smart enough to survive red light green light. I.M. Weasel: Skilled enough to get all the way through past the brawl, but I don’t know how well of a team player he is. The Eds: Ed falls in with Cow, Chicken, etc., and Edd would have a nervous breakdown. Only Eddy makes it to round 2, but no further as he’s rather impatient. Courage: Panics in red light green light. Sheep and Darwin: Hooves and fins aren’t good things to have in honeycomb. Samurai Jack: Easily beats red light green light through tug of war, but then… “when does the magic begin? :D” Robot Jones: Could probably survive red light green light if he was better with taking orders. Numbah 1: He has a bit of a lone wolf habit, which probably bites him in the butt during tug of war. Billy and Richard: I’d be surprised if these two didn’t fall off the boat. They’re in a whole other league of stupid. Mac: No applicable skills for the brawl. Chowder: Would eat the honeycomb. Captain K’nuckles, Rigby, Clarence, K.O., and Gumball: Not exactly the most delicate people, leading to round 2 defeats. Finn, Jake, and Steven: Their odds have already been explained. Mordecai: Competent enough to make it to marbles, but he’s not quite an intellectual. Anais: Fares similarly to Dexter and Mandy in the first three rounds, but much more willing to work on a team. She also aces marbles. Nicole: Memetic badass. Easily wins every round I’m covering unless she’s up against Anais in marbles.

Shouldn’t Maria, Brineybeard, Bon Bon, and Werner have some crimes under their belts? I never thought that Bowlboy would be a menace to society due to how he acted in season 1. I guess out of the three cups, Cuphead’s the one with the smallest criminal record, and Chalice gets the lightest sentence.

About the child abuse thing during Kettle’s sentencing, Cups and Mugsy have been confirmed by the Moldenhauer bros to be 18+ kidults, so Kettle has not committed child abuse, but he has committed domestic abuse, which can be a sentence as long as 4 years in state jail.

@@davydgamelin4175 How immediate it is. Death Penalty means you have to wait in line. Execution is they won't let you wait. It's called Death Row for a reason. You are on the row waiting to die. But you can get pardoned or given the insanity plea if you are really lucky. But Execution gives you none of that chance.
Well you could argue that the root pack stole water. Because water from the hose is not free. You could also argue they stole soil as they were seen eating. Also the root pack did make up a story about being orphans which I can assume was not true I do not know if that’s breaking a law or not.
