The only comment I have about this excellent presentation, is that it would have been helpful to me to have a list of sentinel events others have experienced.---In my role at a long-term facility, one of the sentinel events identified by Medicare is fecal impactions.---I've also just learned of a facility who discovered maggots in a wound being treated for gangrene. My experience tells me that the facility would/should treat this discovery as a sentinel event.---Other examples would be appreciated.
