I like the MC too, he's not a wimp like any other MC in anime. and smart and strategic. I wish more MC is like him. You know, most MC are just unrealistically a wimp or worse: the edgy one. Many tried to potray a realistic and witty MC, but most of them just turns out flat and edgy.

Let me remind you that all the character settings, original art, setting art etc were destroyed in the arson attack last year. This applies to EVERY anime by KyoAni at least since Hyouka (2012). (I think it was actually everything since AIR or Haruhi but couldn't find the source). And the directer Yasuhiro Takemoto was killed in the same arson attack as well. Without everything from season one and obviously having to find a new director, the feasibility of a season two is just very grim.
