@@rizo511 yeah, I realise that now. I know there are full copies online somewhere, Gabriel Ananda said on his podcast that he found one, but wouldn't say where.

@David Rogers nope. At one point there I was trawling online everyday, but no love. It so frustrating knowing that there are copies floating around out there but I mignt never find one.
