In a comic where they thought he was dead (he was, but even without Marvel's inability to keep characters dead, death isn't the same thing for Gods anyway), his executors where trying to get his assets in order and found that he'd been investing for literally centuries. He was (through a cover identity) an early investor in Stark Enterprises (back when Howard Stark first took the company public) among other things, and when they figured up his wealth, the calculator had to show the amount using multiple lines -- so it was more than hundreds of billions, certainly. Just his Stark stock was explicitly worth billions of dollars, having split and re-split and changed over to Stark International and split again over the decades. So, yeah, dude keeps up with current events.

There’s a difference between being powerful and knowing how to fight. Herc has been giving Gods, Titans, and whoever else those hands for thousands of years.
This isn't true all the time because by that logic Hercules could take on Franklin Richards or MJJ which anyone who read about them knows he'd get obliterated instantly.

When Hercules is serious about fighting, Herc is quite difficult to defeat, and as shown by the fight with Mikaboshi, he is not afraid to fight to the death.
looks like Hercules is following the "no cape" rule, he looked pretty good in this fight, he did hold his own against Sentry, based on this fight with Sentry, Marvel's Hercules is omniversal, no less ;)
Low multiversal at best. His biggest feat was defeating the chaos king amped up, and the chaos king had destroyed 98% of the multiverse at that point. Without amp hes low multiversal if not a high universal character. I wouldnt even consider the sentry multiversal yet, his matter manipulation is a crazy feat along with others but he took advantage of a greatly downscaled molecule
Alright, I'll say what everyone needs to hear: the "power of a million exploding suns" is unquantifiable and is hyperbole. He doesn't have it and feats prove this...he's just full of himself.
Why every time sentry get his ass beat its oh he was holding back but when he beats ppl while holding back we dub it a feat mannn he got his ass beat plain and simple he came there to fight he lost every encounter Hercules has wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better strength feats no debating sentry has all those powers and rarely uses them in any storyy

I don't know how i feel about this artwork.. there's just something off about it, especially the way Hercules looks here. Or is there a reason for this? Pls if there is someone should help me out. Not a big fan of the art here at all.

A serious Hercules was stated able to stop world war hulk he just didn’t cause he agreed with him, his mace is unbreakable and multiplies Hercules power by many times. Imagine if Hercules was anywhere near his full potential.

Most powerful version of sentry and most powerful version of Hercules. Which is DSS and Chaos war Hercules. Hercules smacks Sentry. CWH is a multiversal threat. Sentry doesn't compare. Hercules owns Sentry in any version.

Then Sentry gets punched into orbit. 2 things to take into consideration: 1) Sentry´s dialogue and reaction. We already stablished that Sentry beated BM. So, when he says "does it matter? now stay down before..." he is saying how the fight is over, and how if BM stays down, it will continue to be like that. Of course, here we can see that Sentry doesn´t want to continue the fight if BM stops. Now, in the same panel, there is a black figure. That is Sentry´s figure. It can be a shot from his crotch or a shot representing Sentry turning his back to Adam (the left part would be the cape and the right its torso). Now, based in the fact that the right part has two well defined curves (that would represent´s Sentry´s butt and upper back) and the left part is completely smooth (if it were his legs, then they should have the same curves in both parts, because legs are symmetrical) we can see how that is Sentry´s turning his back to Adam. Now, BM trying to reason with Sentry is completely logical because he just got beated, so he knows using direct brute force wont work and a diplomatic way out is an intelligent option. Then, Sentry doesn´t care and says that he needs to stay down. BM does stay down, but at the same time says something: "I have got your ticked off..." Now, that clearly means that BM was preparing an attack (the next panel is literally Sentry launched into orbit), but he didn´t try that at the beginning, when sentry left him in the floor. Why? Well, easy. Because BM knew he could not keep up with the golden guardian, so he tried reasoning, and when that fails too, BM keeps down until a clear opening appears (Sentry turning his back to him) and then punched him into orbit. Now, based on everything is said before, I think it is clear that Blue Marvel sucker punched Sentry.

So let me get this Straight: -Thor (wothout Mjolnir) is on par with Hercules -Sentry is stronger than Thor with Mjolnir (in fact it took ALL of the avengers to take him out, Thor couldn't do it on his own, and Sentry in fact destroyed Asgard). Sentry is holding back during the entire fight, and he’s actually being sentry and not unleashing the void everywhere. hercules isn’t being lethal about it sure but he’s actually putting proper effort into his fight. That fight with thor and hercules had happened when he was drunk too, here he’s got a clear head and using proper fighting tactics.

I really don't understand the concept of superheroes going toe to toe with actual mythological heroes and creatures and having the former lose to the latter, isn't the idea that Superheroes like Superman or Sentry supposed to surpass the gods/monsters of old as the new myths. This whole one must overlap the other, especially when it involves magic and supernatural plot devices and they're ability to beat the natural laws of reality makes it seem Superheroes are pointless and weak unless tied to that same principle of being magic themselves. If this was anime, a character would bitch slap a mythological hero like Hercules or Thor by simply powering up his will power or hot blooded secret technique or some shit.
With all his stuff, Hercules is awesome! Hes got a wicked sword, a bad ass adamantine mace, a sheild with Medusa head that can turn to stone and i think a fleece that makes invisible or something. With his godly artifacts and his power and knowing how to use it, id say in real fight he whoops alot of big names

I don't hate sentry he is in my top 10 favorite list but being most powerful hero of earth doesn't mean he is most powerful in the universe , i mean thor and hercules are not from earth,and i would even chose hulk to be most powerful eath being or sentry but both are epic
