They still haven’t proven without reasonable doubt that his gun killed Senzo coz the eye witnesses said it was a revolver that shot Senzo and accused no.3’s gun is not a revolver.

With Tefo other law professionals were quick to report him, saying he is disgrace to their profession. Why are they quiet about this judge. I get that he has nothing to loose since he is retired but I’ve never seen or heard of a judge with so many interruptions. He comes across as bias.

I have been telling people that, when those in the house were taking a stand. Now its even worse and yet people do not see that the judge is already convinced that there were intruders, and he is now convinced beyond reasonable doubt by the ballistic experts that the exhibits are pointing to accuse no:3 and were involved in the Vosloorus case he is presiding on.

Unfortunately these thugs did not kill Senzo, they were pinned to this crime shielding Longwe Twala son to Chicco. Hence Kelly called Chicco n never called the police nor the ambulance, afterSenzo was shot by Longwe on arrival in the house finding the friends of Senzo n Senzo with her girlfriend Zandi, who gone mute for the weekend

No one is protecting the accused, the evidence against them is very questionable even the judge can’t help the state here. They literally haven’t connected any of these guys without reasonable doubt to the killing of Senzo.

I don’t think the defence would go this far if they were guilty, nna to me everything just don’t make sense from the beginning when Senzo was short

@@zodwafakudze183 it could be possible Senzo died the way the witnesses say he died, with intruders... it is also possible that the people on trial are not Senzo's killers and that the police found random people to blame... it is also possible that your version is correct. That is why we have a trial. But in my opinion I just have one question, if the accused all say they were not there, why are they arguing how Senzo died? why are they trying to solve this case... they must just argue their lack of presence at the scene, accused 3 he should just bring to light how he came in possession of the gun, got it in KZN, from who, when? if i was the judged i would be annoyed with this haphazard defence

People who are brilliant like this judge unfortunately are allergic to stupidity and tend to be short tempered in the presence of people who dnt make sense. It takes a lot for them to keep silent, not get irritatated and watch advocates fumble, waste the courts time and state money - we are now paying for the defense as taxpayers.

This judge is something else, when the witnesses claim that police wrote what they did not say, he believed them, I remember when he defended a witness against the defence he stated himself as a judge that “you know our police moss”. Meaning that the police are compromised, but now that the very same police are testifying he supports and believe them, he no longer knows our police moss. This is an inconsistancy on part of the judge.

When you are told to achieve a certain kind of results.you.control the narrative to make sure it doesnt derail from your expected results.

I fully agree just that we as viewers have our own theories that clouds our judgements and end up thinking the judge is biased or protecting the witness we just have to be patient cause no one knows what truly happened

I loved forensics but unfortunately I had to say goodbye because saps became so corrupt and senior officials would steal the exhibit from the crime scene to save the suspect and protect their payroll from gangsters , it's tough in Capetown area guys tjoo. But atleast I still have my life.

The accused said that he was back home on that day to pay lobola, he even withdrew money the same day to go pay lobola.

One witness claims he was in Rustenberg on the day and withdrew money that day. The bank statement is an alibi. Another said he was home in KZN paying lobolo or something like that. Hence I dnt understand why Sipho, Nxumalo and Mshololo want to get involved is bringing a ballistic expert witness at a cost when only Mnisi's client is linked to the gun and was found with it. They need to sit somethings out honestly and let Mnisi defend his client.

He once said tge accused was not in jo'burg the tie of Senzo's death. His statement will prove that he witthdrew money from durban on that day.
