Fabrication is the case of the defense hence the line of questioning. I am waiting for the case of the defense once they have to furnish their own evidence.
But that’s not the states case. MShololo is a defending. That logic can only be used in arguments once evidence has been led. However the state is the one that said her client was found using that number and brought expert witness to testify to that effect. So she has to challenge that. It would be a weak argument for her to simply say one can use a number they have not Rica’d.

This case got me into following legal proceedings, I can't wait for the conclusion . I pray that justice prevails in the end of this trial. I'm greatful for the law class though 🙏🏻💯🫱🏻
