I no longer have confidence on this judge. It's like he has already made up his mind on the judgement. He has already found the accused as guilty as charged. He is just being impatient to let the defence ask questions the way they deem necessary, because he has already accepted the evidence in chief as truth. He should just let the state call all their witnesses and he hand down his predetermined judgement to allow the appeal processes to begin.
Colonel is not qualified to provide concrete evidence to the court, it is clear he does not know IT well, he only know how to use few softwares to analyze. To get accurate info on the photo, u need IT to get the digital imprint of the photo

The state is building a case to atrwt Kelly since there is no tangible prove of Kelly's involvement. If they find the accused Guilty. Kelly will then be arrested and a witness who is using a phone number 084 whom the court dont mention his name for his protection, will be called as a witness to Link kelly and Ntuli also to state his role as he was the one who connected Kelly to Ntuli.

The fact that he contacted Kelly doesn’t mean he killed Senzo, the phone call doesn’t prove anything since the conversation is not available. I suspect they’re framing him. That’s why they can’t provide the recordings and the number is not ricad in his name.

That's impossible though, remember the number is not registered on the suspect's name, Rica will not give you some else's details especially if they are personally not being investigated.. So the only option would be to get Kelly's transcripts instead, which is also not feasible as she is not a suspect, even if she becomes one the court can still not proven beyond reason doubt that she was talking to suspect number 5 because the number is not even ricad in his name
I sometimes wonder will we ever know who killed Senzo. What was the reason for a sim swap a day after his death, I mean who did that and why? 10yrs later we here still yintsuma-ntsumane I feel for Senzo's family, it's painful watching this NOT even a sign we will ever know the killer.

They all froze and couldn't think straight. They were afraid that if Police arrive first they will be accused of murdering him. They couldn't call an ambulance because paramedics would have asked about the police or or even calling the police, or could have discovered that Senzo died in the house. Remember Nthabiseng's testimony Senzo could have been dead already when he was loaded in the vehicle, doctor's report say DOA which actually means dead on arrival. I wonder if the defense will be calling any witnesses, they cannot just rely on cross examining witnesses called by the state

Suspect 5 he is a serial killer so this on this one i don't think he was present, if he was involve i think Senzo should have died on the scene. He killed the councilor @ kwa-nongoma Mr Nyembe brutal, he followed by three brothers who were to testify on case, also killed his cousin with 7 bullet, that last murder was 2018 the took him to jail. Senzo it was one bullet which i think people who were in the house knows who killed senzo amongst them

I have a problem with the tower thing, if the tower that is used in the area is located in the hospital does that means I was using my phone while I was in the hospital even if I'm at home?.I 'm asking regarding Senzo's phone another thing I want to know from colonel Styne is that, if the number was in the not in the name of Mr Ntuli but to another person. To him it was not important to have that name which the number was registered and bring it to the court?
It can just tell the phone was picked up in the vicinity of the hospital not its exact location. Ppl buy alread RICA'd simcard in locations, at train stations & rural areas. It was possible that this was the case with Ntuli's phone.
