The lawyers representing the suspects knows what to do when having a complaint. They take instructions and make the necessary legal move. Is not just to wake up launch complaints and write letters to people who has no locus standi like Tefu guy did.
So in this case the integrity of the exibits was not protected. Know that the exibits were not sealed, possible tempering cannot be overruled. An exibit may have been tempered with or exchanged in the hands of the carriers. Possible corruption!

It is unfortunate situation, because those ppl are listed in a state witness list; therefore state decides who to call. And i want to say now that state will never call them because they are vulnerable to defence they are going to break easily and state will lose the case. So listing them as state witnesses is to defend them, so that the defence could not come across them or call them as witnesses until the case is concluded.

I’m curious why Dave wasn’t present in court today. Mnisi might have articulated his line of questioning more clearly, especially regarding CMS vs Pattern Analysis. As things unfolded, it was hard to follow, and I’m unsure if the court fully understood. Perhaps someone could clarify what Mnisi's intentions were or why Dave was not in court today.
It was explained that the legal aid will only cover the cost when he appears in court for magena's examination. And remember this Sereo is there because of the Judge

The guns Dave transported belongs to the state and the state i presume had a list/catalogue of the guns and to which police officer had they been issued to.. the task of Dave was to match the bullet/catridge to a gun. Thats how the state got to know which police officer shot what.

Dave should have registered each firearm individually. Additionally, they did not seal the firearms individually because they ran out of sealable evidence bags, which is another deviation that is similar to Mangena's. Further, Mangena signed out for a gun from a sealed box, which was in the SAPS13 safe and intended for destruction.

Advocate Mnisi undermines people in their areas of speciality. Sereo knows what he is talking about, that sereo doesn't use CMS doesn't mean that he doesn't know how to use it.
Sometimes you have have to listen very careful before understanding he didn't not use CMS because the results were going to be negative. It's like you photocopying your ID then the details must be the same if you see that on ID gender is male and in your photocopy gender is female then CMS will make it negative but the pattern system will say confirm the face and details which is going to make it positive with one deferent of gender in mathematics CMS applies 100% and pattern system applies 51% up wards don't be confused with these well English speaking
