Read Rathas body language when it comes to Baloyi and witnesses he's cool but when it comes to defence he changes his face rolling eyes and he is leading the witnesses
Ratha also doesn't like Mshololo, is he falling to understand that the question was referring to the prevy information between Colonel Botho & Gininda not the investigating team. Gininda is cunning and the judge falls for that coz of his dislike of Mshololo. Adv Mshololo well done for keeping your cool.
Ratha was also very sarcastic to Mshololo for asking a simple question of clarity yesterday when he asked the good Advicate which court is she attending coz she missed or misunderstood the judge. We know it's Ratha's court room but treat our women with respect. Don't be petty Ratha...
Now i understand why judge Judy always say" don't try to think about where i am going with this, just answer the question." Gininda is trying to anticipate where the questions are going and as result he over explains to accommodate that anticipation. He also over explains to make it look he answered the question yet he avoided it. Sometimes, it's even difficult to be sure how he answered it.
I agree with you, he might sound intelligent but his not answering on the questions asked...I hate him and the other two Stooges. He keeps on talking about his diary, why didn't he bring it with for proof of everything 😔😔

Confessions that are done freely have no need to be taken in a hurry hence can be done a day or two after. It is only when force is applied that such confessions are hurriedly taken

Gininda came to court for one thing, to give academic answers and avoid implicating himself in any mess but what is lacking here in this trial are moral answers, the conscience and human element since the questions from the defence are both a mixture of the two moral & academic
This Mkhulu Judge is biased n is not in the interest of justice. South Africans if u care about justice in your county plz make ur voice heard in the streets n courts of SA about this case. This is not fair and it is painful.

Gininda need proper preperassions by defense plz.Now Mshololo is making it very easy for Gininda.lt is as if she was not in court when Gininga was giving evidence.We need progress plz people who were in the house need to come and explain.
I am of the opinion that advocate Mshololo must be given freedom to move at her own soeed. The witness should answer questions directed to him and not give a story. Gidinga is a well- oiled cop and has tricks built in his hat. Jydge is helping out fir progress but can Ms Mshololo be given ample time to deal with witness without interjections? This is my wish.
