Seo Dan Ah ❤ Lee Young Hwa | Love Story | Run On 

I love Sooyoung's character here..Pretty savage and brutally honest.Almost near to her real personality.

To the people who wants a fix love story, I do not think that is the aim of Run On. It is more like their relationship helping them to be a better version of themselves rather than being better for the sake of relationship.

I really LOVED this couple. Here’s my interpretation of this couple. They really liked each other and the roadblock was their social status and goals for the future. Danah needs to take care of her business and he needs to graduate and follow his dreams. And while he was gonna move on, he couldn’t. As they aren’t awkward or anything in the end, it should mean that their feelings are mutual. Yet it need not imply that they’re in a relationship. They could be in an unlabelled situation where the feelings are clearly not platonic. They have high possibility of turning into an official relationship in the future, but right now they’re just living in the moment where their priority is probably achieving other life goals.

When 2nd couple outshined the lead one.

During Kang Tae Oh Vlive, he mentioned about this open ending and he liked it. He said it is up for us (viewers) to think about their ending. He told the scene at the gallery answer it all when Dan-ah ask YeongHwa to celebrate her REAL birthday so they might starting over. I really like this couple and its unfortunate they have an open ending. Hope JTBC consider for a season 2 and more DanHwa scenes.

I wish they explored Dan-Ah's backstory more. I feel like there was so much more going on with her while she was growing up especially with her family's history plus her illness.

it feels like dan ah's story is deeper than the main characters' story

i only watched their scenes on repeat . Their chemistry was amazing. fell in love with the 2nd lead couple . Also the song starlight is so beautiful which played in the background of their scenes. Perfect couple!!! im obsessed.

This was the best portrayal of a dreamy first love, it was unexpected and out of the blue, however it was the best of what it could be, both of different dynamics and different backgrounds, one with a puppy personality another with a tigress aura, it was as if they are so imperfectly perfect for each other, the holes that Dan ah had blocked were now being investigated and looked into by him, he saw in her something that everything and everyone else failed to see, a human being, she had built walls out of which he a built a home, though the ending is an open one, we can all come to a conclusion that, happy endings don't necessarily mean two people ending up together, it simply means an ending where we're all happy, they are both happy, and say it did not happen this time, it was very sure of in that last scene that they'd end up together somewhere far off, when yeonghwa had graduated, gone away, secured a job, became a known artists and Dan ah had conquered the business world, and just the way the pen met that paint brush, unexpectedly, fate would bring them together too, because falling in love is never too late.

Run On was such a light and heartwarming drama and these two made it more special. Their story was special even if it wasn't told in every detail. For me, their story ended well, it wasn't rushed at all. They don't need a clear 'i love you' or 'let's be together' to show how they ended. From the start they weren't that sweet and lovely couple instead they were always casual in terms of expressing their feelings. That scene in the gallery, it was actually a perfect comeback scene for the two. To some it might feel blurry but to those who understood this couple deeply, it was a scene that showed the uniqueness of their relationship and how their love was completed 💖

Dan Ah was an unforgettable character for me. She felt so real and relatable. Her trait of wearing sneakers so that she could be prepared at any time. Her obsession with time and efficiency that would make her angry if she felt like someone was wasting her time. Her life that was driven by her race against and fear of time to make something of herself. Her way of showing love was to "give up" her precious time. So good. Also, she was just fun to watch. Her raw honesty was so refreshing and her beating up her "older" brother was just the cherry on top.

I loved him here, his kindness, emotions, love for his friends and zero toxic masculinity. I wish all our men were allowed to live that way.

For me they were the main couple. The chemistry was amazing.

I know many people had mixed feelings about this drama but as for me, I loved it. I felt the story line was more realistic than others especially the love between the main leads and this couple. Everything felt so natural and it was super realistic. The ending too was an amazing open but very clear ending as well. This couple was one of my favorites because of how much they loved/liked each other. This drama was also something that focuses on self love/self improvement which isn't something you see in a lot of k-dramas. All characters had their own story and were able to rely on themselves too. Really loved this drama!!!!!!!!!

Truth be told, i wouldn't have watched Run On, if it weren't for sooyoung OR kang tae oh. They're both versatile.

Whoever wrote the story of this couple should be given an Oscar, Seo Dan Ah’s personality is so pointed to reality and hard to understand but hiding a huge love inside, no words to explain how incredible she is

First I wanted to say thank you for this beautiful compilation of DanHwa moments. This already explained their love story... I think they got together but not yet completely in a romantic relationship maybe they are still waiting for the perfect time to be together since Yeonghwa is still a student. I've never felt this strong emotional attraction to a male fictional character before. It's like he's too transparent I could see myself as this woman he loves so much. His smile is beautiful as well as his tears. Idk if i'm too invested to this couple or the actors themselves are just excellent portraying thier characters.

Just finished this drama, I loved it so much!!. Though I enjoy watching the 2nd couple more than the leads, they're more interesting than the main ones ( no offense). This couple's chemistry is freaking good. But I was expecting the ending to be better than this. I get it that dah ah is too rich for Young Hwa, and really busy with her work and their relationship wouldn't work. However, If you truly love someone, you'll find time just to be with them no matter how much time it is. I was expecting them to be together at the end, but only get to see each other for only 5 mins every day but still happy. Anyway, I loved both characters so much. I wish they will have a drama together again.

I just finished watching the drama and am already missing them, I loved both the couples equally in the drama but I was more invested in this couple while watching the other one calmly, because these two character together made beautiful couple while nothing was same between them and situations were not looking very favorable and I couldn't tell if they will end up together or not , and I was eager to see what happens, when they broke up in the finale it broke my heart but ending was not really bad because it seemed like they will be together because they both never stopped loving each other ❥

I watched this drama, Run on, because of Im Siwan. It is where I noticed Kang Tae Oh. I liked his chemistry with Sooyoung. Then comes Extraordinary Atty Woo. And I "extraordinarily" love the chemistry of Park Eun Bin and Kang Tae Oh better. I noticed something in the way he acts in the 2 dramas that I have to rewatch Run On. In Run On, his character was overshadowed by Sooyoung's. His ways as someone in love is different.. seems like "acted on". In EAW, I am more carried away by the way he.expresses his love to Atty. Woo... the way he smiles, looks at and acts towards her seems natural and real. His actions in EAW is more heart tugging and warm. Keep on Kang Tae Oh!

Their characters and their story made me watch this series as without them, this series would be flat and not interesting. Too bad the series focused too much on the main leads and their ending could be better as it was rushed. Same goes with the rest of characters as theirs were rushed in the final episode in which could be better explored.

After watching kang tae oh in extraordinary attorney woo ( which is ruling no 1 and not yet finished) and falling instantly in love with him, i love him again in run on. Many people have noticed 2nd lead were the best . Kang tae oh is 2nd lee minho. He has a very strong screen presence. In this kdrama from the start i love the scene when the girl to whom he was giving tuitions asked him whether he has a girlfriend he replied no but next time he hesitates thats when i knew something romantic is coming. What a relish🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
