Seonghwa is one of the softest members in ateez, he's considered the mom of the group. Him being the oldest, he take cares of the members a lot, but he also acts cute often, especially with legos.
He's recently said he doesn't feel like "the mom of the group" anymore since all the members have become quite dependable. Maybe we should tone it down with the whole thing.

The duality of him is mainly coz off stage he's the sweetest, most caring person ever. He loves cute and sweet things and is super delicate. Also very playful and is a comfort to the members

Seonghwa's personality is like really REALLY big and broad. He's full of surprises and that's why he's so fun and loved by everyone. He's an extrovert. He's soft. He's feminine and nurturing. Yet he's Masculine and dominating. You might as well call him the perfect balance

Aside from his bad boy fierce face and mysterious demon persona on stage, when off stage he's the softest and gentle member who loves to care members as the mom ateez group 😢❤ members, managers, even kq staffs once talk about how thankful they are with Seonghwa as the hyung line because he care all members like the parent do. When members seeking for any comfort, they will come to seonghwa. They said hongjoong discipline the group while Seonghwa comforts and caring the members like a mom.

Seonghwa is actually an extrovert! 😁 being reserved and being introverted aren't the same. He doesn't like to be the center of attention, so he's reserved, but at the end of the day, he prefers the company of others and emotionally recharges when he's around other people, which is what it means to be extroverted. An introvert needs time by themself to emotionally recharge and generally prefers to be by themself or with 1-2 close friends. His MBTI is an E, and from their content, he can almost always be found where there're multiple members and a fair amount of chaos happening.
I adore Seongwha’s duality, for me he is the main visual, he has such a beautiful quiet persona, but on stage he and the rest of the demon line shine, 🙏🏻

Honestly Seonghwa is one of a kind, on stage he can be quite overwhelming cause he tends to "absorb" completely the character he is portraying and his expressions are very strong and impactful. Off stage he seems to be a gentle, elegant and funny person, with some little cute quirks but also very independent in his way of thinking and self conscious. The mom of the group title is a bit overused by fans honestly, it's true that he takes care of the other members and they used to joke about him being the mom in the past but it's a really reductive way to introduce Seonghwa cause I feel like this man has a very intricate and fascinating personality, as you can see when he enjoys to explain why he took some particular stage decisions or how he practices, or again some little stories from his predebut era which show him as a really determined and strong person.

i love seonghwa's duality it's literally: on stage: a performance demon, very intimidating and cool all the other times: mother hen of the group, collects figures and builds legos, loves animal crossing, and actually joins the chaos that are the younger members most of the time😭😭😭

Momma Hwa!! Ok so a couple things that you already know, lol. Seonghwa is 1/3 of the demon line. So the Seonghwa on stage totally different than Seonghwa off stage. Off stage Hwa is a quiet soft boi that's the mom of the group. YAAAAAS, MY MAN! I'm a simple person: I see Seonghwa and I immediately click. I love the fact that he looked like a demon bcs actually he is part of Demon Line, his duality drives me crazy, his expressions are majestic and very hypnotize and a base on his strong stage presence. His look and his eyes are one of the things I love the most about him because he can have one of the sweetest and most calming looks there are (and to tell the truth what attracted me the most at first was the fact that he looked calm and sweet... that radiates calm) but also aggressive looks or simply very expressive and intense, but in any case I know he has this thing where he scrutinizes a lot and is really magnetic. Then we can all say that Hwa is sexy or beautiful, ok, but in my opinion there is more. At first I looked at him and all I did was say "he is so pretty". I find Seonghwa has an ethereal beauty in a natural way, perhaps also due to his delicate and poised manners, but he exudes a truly crystalline beauty (really, I don't know if I explained myself well because I have difficulty explaining the beauty of this man when I see him ) yet there is a duality even in his beauty because it can be more intriguing and its presence is felt and this happens especially in performances. Reading the comments I saw that people are talking about the male and female part that reside in him and I can only agree, both for his beauty and for his presence and ways of doing things.
this is so hilarius because when you see seonghwa off stage he is a "baby", one of the sweetests member in ateez, actually all the members in ateez have a crazy duality, all of them on stage are sooo crazy, and off stage are so soft and pure, but the fans made a unity called "demon line", it is a group composed of the three members that most present this duality. and they are obviously seonghwa😹😹 hoongjong and san.

I don’t think edits represent Seonghwa’s real personality. Starting by the fact that he is an ENFJ. He is also a very genuine and nice person, I could say soft and safe. I recommend watching him interact with little kids and with his members (real interactions, not the ones edited by fans) and well it’s nothing similar as to how tiktok edits portray him. His aegyo is OUTSTANDING and members joke about him liking to be manhandled and joked around. Plus he’s just a silly little guy who has a (sick) obsession with animal crossing and LEGO. His stage persona is the dominant one, and very far from the real person he is. (He is known to be part of the Demon Line in ATEEZ so yeah).

Me neither. I watch Bouncy for the first time and his opening scene almost killed me. I had heard the song before and I loved his rap part but obviously had no idea it was him. so when I watched the video and saw that part, was him, i was hooked. I had to do more research. I also learned something.. if you're not familiar with them, and want to choose your own bias, don't let the first ateez content you watch be Bouncy. Your bias will automatically be Seonghwa. Lol. For me at least. Also don't look Seonghwa directly in the eye😊
