This park represents the entire World Cup Park as a place to celebrate the coexistence of nature, human, and culture, and the new millennium and wish for peace on the Korean Peninsula. In commemoration of the 2002 Korea-Japan World Cup, it is used as a resting, exercise, and leisure space for citizens such as the future-oriented open plaza, eco-friendly Nanji pond, peace garden, and picnic area, which symbolizes world-class harmony and peace.
