I felt a little bad for the submitter but literally all Ken clips play out like this. Someone holds shield, gets it broken, then Ken does some variation of fair/nair/dair offstage with a reverse Tatsu recovery. It's just old at this point unfortunately Edit: also I'm pretty sure it's just a running joke at this point since it's well known that they both dislike Ken

The reason the clip works better with K Rool is that side b sends the opposite direction of where Sephiroth or in that case K Rool is. Since K Rool holds Sephiroth above him it sends straight up as K Rool is directly beneath him.

2:00 The trick with using gigaflare on reflect metal hero is to stand far enough for megaflare to explode on hero without the projectile hitting. :X (Also applies to any other reflector)

Not sure if it has been covered in a smash review already, but there's another Kirby insta-kill that is really easy to pull off involving his up-throw. Take the KRool powerup on Kirby and launch a cannonball. After the opponent shields/gets hit by the cannonball, recover it with the blunderbuss, shooting it directly upward. After, just hope and pray that the opponent is dumb enough to walk straight into a grab of yours, and bam their stock is gone. This strategy is simplified just by having a KRool teammate doing the blunderbuss shots, but it can and will work in a Kirby Vs. KRool 1v1.

They should allow Pikmins to live outside the blastzone. I don't see why they wouldn't live, since you don't directly control them. The bottom blastzone should still kill them.

I think the Kirby Sephiroth combo would work better if Kirby was on the left side instead. Sephiroth's single charge side b always explodes at about the 2:00 position so grabbing from the left would avoid the hitbox.

For the Sephiroth-Kirby combo, if you had switched the positions of Sephiroth and Kirby (Kirby on left, Sephiroth on right), it would have been more viable because the Shadow Flare detonates when it makes two laps and hits 3:00 the third time.

The "bounced" gigaflair on Hero wasn't a bad idea. He just misspaced it. Hero "bounce" doesn't block the explosion, only the projectile. If he was further back, he could have had it detonate on Hero without it being reflected.

Saw the Bowser Tough Guy thing before. Its kinda strange. Because moves that would normally get Tough Guy'd (like jabs) still knock him out of the Daze animation, but provide no KB and he can act through them as normal after waking up.

thats because jab 1/2 will still inflict flinch on bowser, knocking him out of daze. its the rapid jab that bowser can tough guy through, so if you have someone start rapid jabbing away from bowser and then get pushed so that bowser is within rapid jab range, bowser will take rapid jab damage while staying in daze.

Funniest shit I heard all year. Apparently pressing one button and getting a lucky kill is better than a clean zero to death combo off a shield break :^) If you actually took the time to look into the Ryu/Ken Discord you'd find tons of new fun tech, combos and jank. Stuff like kara cancels, COIL, optimal shield break setups and so on, but sadly it will go over the heads of most Smash players since they don't play real fighting games. Learning how to space and play footsies with SF characters is much more rewarding than "haha dthrow fair fair fair go brrr" that most 12 year old kids regurgitate online.
