My daughter bought the Dyson hair tool. She picks up a hank of hair, holds the tool near the hank, and the hair wraps itself around the hair tool! It takes her a lot less time to do her hair, and she gets a better look.

Yes and no. I originally included it in my list, but when I went to link it and saw that it's now $150, I just couldn't. I don't even reach for it as much as my Dior or Nars or L'Oreal True Match! I do love the formula and how my skin looks when I wear it though.

I so agree with the Sephora sale not always being worth it - and I am rouge for NOW! I have some stuff in my cart now, and have ALMOST pulled the trigger and ordered just to get my items as the waiting, the hype around certain items I want and thig s selling out immediately etc...is not worth it, LOL! I figured that the sake is tomorrow now so I MADE it and need to hold out and not do same day today. LOL! I have loved the Kosas powder for ever, BUT it hard pans in weeks for me and it has gotten me so mad. I just fix it, but still. I have recently tried the Prism Libre in #3 (the pink) and it is STUNNING! I can never go back now, LOL! Oh, and I recently got 2 of the new Patrick Ta blush duo shades and thought of you IMMEDIATELY. The shade Not Too Much would be perfect for you. Let me know what you think? :)

Hi Marnie, I have a few items for the Sephora sale like Clinique eye cream. I like Estee Lauder and Clinique lipsticks and Sephora doesn't sell them, but Nordstrom does and they were on sale. Sephora sells Bobbi Brown lipsticks, but not all the colors. They have 3 colors that I wear, but I have repurchased them on sale at Nordstrom. Bobbi Brown did bring back my favorite Sandwash Pink in their Luxe formula. Sephora doesn't carry that color. Thanks for all your recommendations. I usually can't go wrong with them. I love Sephora - they have so many brands that I love that Ulta doesn't. I also like not having to shop around to all the manufactures sites and then get shipping added. I'm a rouge member so I get bigger discount and best selection.

Love everything! I’ve been getting my brows laminated and it’s so good! They are supposed to move around, I keep the spooly on my bathroom counter to brush my hairs back in place when I wake up. It’s basically a perm for your brows lol! The only way it won’t work or stay for the 8 weeks is if you put any water or steam on your face for 24 hours like a perm. So I don’t even take a body shower until the 24 hours are up! Just thought I would share haha 🤍🤍

Lip glosses from the drugstore or Amazon that are awesome and much more affordable: Revlon Super Lustrous the Gloss (I like sugar violet - don't be thrown off from how bright it looks in the tube), Wet and Wild Megaslicks (after curfew), Elf glow reviver lip oil (rose envy and jam session). I also Buxom but those are at Ulta and more expensive. Lip gloss has to be reapplied a lot (at least on me), so I don't want to spend $40 on it. That said I've never tried Dior.

Bronzer should always be a warm tone because it's meant to fake a suntan. If you pick a cool tone bronzer it will look muddy on the skin. One that's always worked for me when I'm very fair is the Too Faced Milk Chocolate Soleil which is at Sephora, I believe.

Always appreciate your recommendations! I don’t really shop at Sephora anymore. Ulta is the place to be - you don’t have to spend as much to get great deals. Sephora, I think it is time to change your marketing plan. So not fun for normal people - I mean who wants a 10% discount if I can go to Ulta or the manufacturer’s website. Also, Sephora - you copy Ulta. Do you really think I will buy from the copycat?!?

I have shopped QVC/HSN for skin care. I used to buy Tatcha from there. However when I bought from sephora I noticed a significant difference and found the serum and creams to be better quality from sephora. The make up and skin care sold on the shopping channels are sometimes not the actual same quality. I also noticed this with make up as well.

Which do you think is better, ABH Brow Freeze Gel or the Benefit's brow gel? Does ABH make your brows crunchy? xo~linda

NYX control freak brow gel in clear is great and pretty inexpensive. I use it after penciling in a bit with an Anastasia brow wiz pencil. Might smear the pencil a tiny bit above brow but wipe off with q-tip. Lightly powder where you wiped and good to go all day

If you use too much it will make your brows crunchy. I’ve used the NYX version and the ABH is much stronger.

Dang-it must have just expired. I just did the price per ounce and it’s still a better deal at HSN! I think they always have at least a $10 off coupon for new customers too.

They may have sold out of it-I did buy it at Sephora so I know they usually carry it. They have it on Nordstrom too!

Love hearing about your recommendations but….personally don’t have need for a lot of it and have never paid more than $18 for a lip product. I feel like people these days are completely changing their skin tone with all the contours, highlighters, bronzers etc. Oh well! Maybe I should get on the bandwagon too!🎉
