Today we take the full ride on the Arch Street Crosstown/29th Street uptown bus: SEPTA Route 48. This ride starts at Front and Market Streets in Center City, takes us across Arch Street through North Philadelphia via 29th Street, and terminates in Tioga (27th-Allegheny).

This is confusing but how is #7300 a 2016 version

All the nova LFS articulated buses are confusing because they have different years but in the same series

A lot of the ones due on 2014 came in 2015, but everything after 7454 came in 2016. So that’s where the confusion came in. in 2014 we were supposed to get 7301-7389, and 7390-7454 was due in 2015. Instead some of what was due in 2014 came late As for 7300, the original 7300 and 7301 were 2013 model LFS Gen IVs but were returned to NovaBUS to be used as demos to promote the Generation IV articulated (as SEPTAs were the only ones produced at the time (2013)) In 2016 after SEPTAs order was complete, NovaBUS built two new buses which now stand in as 7300 and 7301... which is why 7300 despite there being one here on 2013, is a 2016 model. It’s not the same bus at all.
