I said that too! They really allowed out of towners and uppity suburbanites change what was so familiar to the townies. The 15 will be called the G line...Wtf? So they will change the G bus to a number that won't fit, like 41 or 69, which happens to be one of the longest and most used routes in the city.

I somewhat agree that calling the routes T1-T5 is not the answer, but neither is numbering them the same as bus routes, despite them being rail. (Also, the G is supposed to be renumbered to 63 in a separate project called "Bus Revolution") See, referring to them by their current numbers works if you're already familiar with the system, but imagine living in the northeast, and having a job in Southwest. The first few times you go, you would get lost, because google maps would suggest you take the 13. You know that the 14 is a bus, and by some stroke of luck you know the 12 is a bus, so your guess is that the 13 is also a bus just because that makes sense. You go to 15th Street, and head to the bus stop that you somehow knows exists for westbound bus service, but, uh oh! No 13 bus! YOU'RE LOST AND THERE'S NO SIGNS DIRECTING YOU TO THE ACTUAL 13 SPECIFICALLY EITHER!! But the way the new system is set up, not only is that problem solved with HUGE, GINORMOUS signages visible from SPACE telling you where to take these "T" lines, but also because it's called a T line, you know it's one of the trolley lines in the tunnel. My issue with the new system, is that I feel the trolleys should have their own letters individually, based on the street they run on, rather than be based on where the trunk line goes. The same confusing scenario is possible, if you think the numbers mean express service like they do on the Broad Street Line.

Yeah these trolleys have had their route numbers since like the 50's and 60's. Pretty goofy to change them for no reason.

Aren’t they supposed to have pantographs too?

Yes and no. The D Line trolleys use pantographs, while the G and T Line trolleys use trolley poles.

Wildcat runs (usually identified with a yellow "W.C." sign in near the block sign) is an extra (additional) unscheduled run. So that's basically why at one point in the video, you see a bunch of trolleys going back-to-back-to-back at one point in the video, some of them are wildcat runs.
