Have you ever seen someone online that you feel weirdly connected to? You literally articulate everything that I struggle with in my life. I hope you find joy in discovering self-love. I love following your studygram and I hope you keep sharing you're thoughts with us. It's cathartic to hear someone making progress on the same things and gives me hope.
Life won't let itself be translated by rules as some kind of a happiness recipee...the things that make you happy today may make you miserable tomorrow. So having a set of instructions to be happy is never the way to go. I'm glad you realize this.
