September 2024 JW Broadcasting: Jehovah Personally Helps the Disadvantaged?! 

It reminds me of the body of Elders after bilateral hip replacement surgeries saying this to me; "get back here and get back to work, live up to your responsibilities" Yes later I would learn that a letter was written against me claiming I was faking my surgeries even though they had medical professionals saying my surgeries were required! Nothing about the amount of pain I was in daily. Then they refused to help me to meetings, at the time I was in the dark as to what the Elder's were saying about me behind my back. This is truth about this Cult! Life felt unfair to me at that time because if what Jehovah's Elder's were saying and doing to me! I'm 70 in November and going to celebrate my Birthday for the first time in over 40 years!

Don't ever stop making these podcasts Stacey please 🙏. You make more sense in one episode, than all the diatribe they've put out in the last 100+ years. Thanks very much 👍

I had two Jehovah's Witnesses at my door last weekend (I am an ex JW who after years decided to do some proper research, and it worked). I confronted them with CSA, Beth Sarim, the pyramid, UN, Norway etc. etc. they know nothing!! How is it possible that you know nothing about your own faith, history and literature (green publishers book)? And I, an "outsider" in their eyes (they did not know that I am an ex JW) had to tell them that. Unbelievable!

This was a hard one for me to listen to. I’ve been struggling with depression for something like 16 or 17 years, at least 12 of those years while I was in the congregation. Now my life is spiralling into an absolute hellscape and the answer from my PIMI parents?? Go back to meetings! Jehovah has never helped me despite years of praying and being a good decent person. Honestly, these days I’m just so angry!

Thankyou for pushing past the frustration etc - and still using respectful speech.

Another great episode. It hurts to hear it but it is necessary to hear it for motivation to leave the hurt behind and make a better way for oneself.

Looking forward to listening to this . The congregation has been trying to get in contact with me I wrote the formal letter disassociating from it all but they still contact me . So many witnesses have zero idea about the CSA and how watchtower handles it, covers it over, the freaking two witness rule, the court cases, etc it goes on and on. It’s so disgusting.

Gee this episode got me in the feels, some of this stuff is so painful, it’s easy to bury and forget sometimes. Another top episode Stacey.

This weekend two elders propped an elderly sister on a folding chair in my shopping mall, to guard the cart standing metres away. O yes..Jehovah cares for the widows...🤦🏻‍♀️ "We love you dear 'older ones'..(for doing the things others don't like to do) Another thought: So now Jehovah 'pulls' new 'happy ones' by a cart (made out of bits and pieces🎶)...standing there, all by itself? Over here in the Netherlands this seems the new way of 'preaching'. Just put your cart somewhere and distance yourself from it... Maybe I can't see the angels hovering above it ,"guiding the preaching work"....🤷‍♀️ Aren't the brothers and sisters blessed and glad to do this assignment that can make you so happy?

I would direct their attention to the account of David and Mephibosheth. The poor bastard was an invalid since he was a little kid, had his father and brothers killed, and was banished to live a life of misery and humilliation. It seemed for a moment that Jehovah was going to "look out for him" when his chosen one, David, restored him to royal status. Three doritos later, David's servant Ziba badmouthed this disabled guy to David, and David reacted by taking away everything he had....AGAIN. Jehovah sure does look out for the disadvantaged!!!!

What amazes me is that Jeffrey Winder has lived his entire adult life behind the gates of the Watchtower!!! How the hell does he know what real life is like? When has he ever had to pay real bills or endure hardships because of the reality of life?!!! Yet he can get on screen and spew nonsense!!!!🤢

Oh, Surviving...I cant even express how right there with you I am in sharing your thoughts & feelings on this subject! It was talks just like that broadcast that woke me up. For anyone who doesnt see it, I challenge you to come out of your little fantasy for a moment & take a look around your congregation. Go around & talk to EVERYONE & ask about what they are dealing with. Ask yourself what YOU are doing to help? Is Watchtower helping them to pay bills, helping the elderly, widows, single mothers, orphans (What? There arent any orphans because they went to the state?). Is Jehovah answering their cries for help & their prayers? Oh, but Jehovah only answers prayers that coincide with his will, right? But, Mr Winder says Jehovah is going to help them. How many thousands of years does Jehovah's people have to wait? Oh, now they have changed the prophesy & they will have to wait another thousand years for paradise? Its time to have a reality check! Thanks for having true empathy, Surviving. That empathy is what has allowed you to REALLY help your fellow humans. And you dont expect any repayment. You get to have a clear conscience. Priceless!

She is coming to our Bible study to pray & comment & share her expressions of love to God & to us! They Do NOT care about the Disadvantaged! I'm sick as you are over this! I went to the assembly with my mom this weekend and the subject is Satan ia doing all it can to take people out to stay strong and don't listen people like you at all cost😂

I have been following you for a while, I thought you still believed in god? I am getting the feeling you don’t believe the god of the bible anymore, I thought you and your partner believed in the trinity now? When I left Jehovah’s Witnesses I still believed in god, but then I realised the Bible isn’t inspired and is just man made And now I don’t believe in the god of the bible
