Jesus, Lover of my soul, my God and King,
To all who seek Him, He’s everything.

When storms arise and my boat starts to sway,
The Captain of faith show me that narrow way
He calms the winds and stills the storm,
Guiding me safely, untill I reach Home,
My Savior stands ready, with arms open wide,
To welcome me home, to be His Dear Bride

In darkest battles, enemies throw me in fire
God’s Son also walks with me, in that fire
He unbound my ties and sets me free,
Protected me without the smell of the fire
In the lion’s den, with grace He will stand,
With mighty salvation, He’ll stretch His hand.
3:
The day of the Lord will come like a thief,
So we stay awake, in faith and belief.
Be sober in love, hope and faith in grace,
Eager to serve, until I see His face.
Pure and holy, without any stain,
Let me be ready when He comes again.
Looking for the new earth and heaven
where righteousness will rule over again
