COLD SORE SUFFERERS: It may seem scary and painful but holding a pad with acetone nail polish remover on your sore for about 10 minutes and then icing for 20 minutes kills cold sores (put ice in a plastic bag so that the cold sore doesn't get wet), if i feel the tingle and do this my cold-sore rarely will come up or blister.

This skin care changed my life (it's adapted from Tiffany D's skin care routine): Nuxe Rev de Miel skin cleanser, Peter Thomas Roth Max Complexion Correction Pads, and Clinique Moisture Surge moisturizer. I had combination/very oily T zone with hormonal acne and black heads. I also get hyperpigmentation like you do. I am no longer oily, I haven't had any new break outs and it's even helping with fine lines around my eyes (which I know you're too young for, but good to prevent)! I did use benzoyl peroxide in the beginning, but haven't needed it to maintain now that it's clear. I have noticed how great your skin is doing too, *yay* but still wanted to share because it helped so much. xoxo
If you didn't know - the base of the Milky Jelly Cleanser is the same as the base for eye drops, so you can actually open your eyes while you're using it. I find it super helpful for seeing if I've removed all of my eye makeup!

I like the regular Maoam Stripes, but not so much the sour ones. But what is even better than Maoam, is Fritt. Especially the strawberry flavour ones. I could bring you some over from Germany. I‘m in Brighton next weekend 😉

I am 29 and feel like my skin is exactly like yours, thanks for being real about it just shows what genuine person you are. My skin does heal and can be very nice too but hate it when its been through a bad phase and i get red marks. p.s you couldn't see your cold sores at all. Love your dress makeup and hair you look like an Autumn goddess.
For everyone who wants to try the OralB toothpaste just by careful!! If you have sensibility because it is an abrasif toothpaste and it will increase your sensibility if you use it on a regular basis. Has zoe mentionned it, it will have a beautiful result on people who dont smoke or drink a lot of dark coffee or tea. From a concern dental hygienist xxx
I've been loving the Borjous Rouge edition matte lips. They are incredible!!!!! They look matte but they don't dry they feel so creamy and buttery like you've put a layer or icing on your lips yet hey look matte. It's so incredible and I highly highly recommend them!
I used to have terrible acne as a teenager, and I tried everything that was available and nothing worked, but the last year or so my skin just cleared and I don't wash it with facewash products but water and micelaire water. Whenever I use a facewash then I seem to break out! I've read that they can make your skin worse as they don't want your acne to go because then you would stop buying them. However I don't know if it's because I stopped washing my face or because I just grew out of it (I'm 20 now)

Zoey, I use to get horrific cold sores and it got worse as I got older somehow related to my hormones. A friend told me that if you go to the doctor there is actually prescription medication for it that works. So I took pictures when it was bad and there were many at once and showed my md as proof. There are actually three or four different medications which all do the same thing, in the US it just depends on your insurance and what office is pushing which drug, so I can't give you all the names but it's a MIRACLE. You take it at the first signs of a breakout, like five a day for five days, and over months breakouts get shorter, smaller, and less often until you can't remember the last time you had one (it's not a cure, they won't go away forever, but pretty close). I'm probably silly writing this, you'll never see it, but I've wanted to mention it before whenever you say you're in pain. I'm not a person who likes to take pills, I avoid medication whenever possible and prefer natural remedies, but cold sores ARE a medical condition and if it gets bad enough it's been worth it to me.
