September Mournings concept reminds me of a band I really like called Coheed and Cambria. they have 7 albums based off the lead singers book/comic series. The wider story really hooks me.

yepp I was at a show they were supposed to play and talked to Shadou for most of the other bands sets and than met Emily after there was tech issues and they couldn't perform. I am a fan not because i heard them live but because the members are super nice

Just because it's female led doesn't mean it's In This Moment. In This Moment addresses issues of female gender expectations, christian themes, sex, defining beauty, social class, ect. September Mourning is more Sci Fi based, if anything it reminds me of Marilyn Manson's Mechanical Animals.

Im liking this band a lot. The singer has a marvelous voice, blends well with the sounds. I like how the ryhtm changes up and down and love the high range of voice. This style of the band reminds me of Devin Townsend :)
