Im getting heavy Morbid Angel vibes ..... its giving me very welcome memories and a similar feeling bubbling up..... awesome primitive metal feel (As a metalhead from an early age and destroying my hearing since the late 80's, I think that these guys have captured something I feel is greatly missing in modern metal)

Great fuckin riffs. you still have the atmosphere of the older albums. You are one of the few bands that evolved in accordance with your initial style.

Yet another great song by the Symphonic Death Metal Gods from Greece! Loved the corpse paint, definitely caught me off-guard to see the band members with it for the first time. I really cannot wait for their 11th studio album come May 20th. That aside, I have come to notice that a majority of Septicflesh fans (or metal fans as a whole) don't really care for the lyrics, what the message behind the song really is, as long as it sounds good. That makes me among the minority who not only enjoy the sound, but want to go even further to find out more about the song. The story behind it. For example, in the previous song 'Hierophant', it seems to be a conversation between a priest (hence the name) and a forgotten god and the music video showing what looked like a sacrifice to this said god in return for something. 'FEED THE FIRE'. This song seems to be more direct to me personally (maybe because I am more familiar on the topic), alluding to humans in the virtual world. 'As gods they rule inside the server'. Looking it up, I find a 1984 novel by the same name written by William Gibson that has a very 'cyberpunk' theme that matches the song. Won't be the first time that Septicflesh has made a song based on a book or a movie. I would appreciate if one of the band members just broke down each song on the album, whether it's detailed or brief is upto them. That way passionate fans like me won't go down a rabbit hole, over-analyzing things that are simple and surface level😅 HAIL SEPTICFLESH🤘🔥

This has to be the best song off of "Modern Primitive". Well, either this or "Coming Storm".

This band just doesn’t disappoint with their awesome heavy and yet clean instruments. Always a fan of their style and theatrical sound.
