I work in IT and I/we just have to go for it. doing new things for the first time with the customer on the phone, with little or no previous exposure to unique situation and/or account we my be working on in a business environment. This song is perfectly stated for those new to the job I do. Often there are no instructions, or the instructions given are missing vital steps, incorrect, etc, and unique things that require thinking outside the box just to figure out an resolve. Love the song. And I love the singing by Allie even more - she's the best, and performance by Septogram.
