Absolutely ❤ Roots scared me at first 😂 I wasn't used to metal so aggressive I was listening to soft rock and metal but not this calibre Then I bought Roots of Sepultura Wow ❤😊
from the first im listen starting in around 2011 i listen sepultura first album and 2015 heard beneath the remains album to 2016 arise album.. OVL their album very groove and sadistic to me..
Esse som ficou completo demais , bem trabalhado , guitarrona base explodindo com a bateria e o baixo complementando , bons tempos do sepultura, aprecio muito, show👏👏
It may have been recorded earlier possibly idk.I know that it wasn't on the original release on vinyl or cd,as I have both,it was added as a bonus track for the remastered versions.
According what I've read, this indeed was supposed to be the opening of the album before the titular song existed. Arise (song) was the last written for the album. They liked it so much that it had been chosen for album opener and the album named after it. While I live the Intro/CIU double song, the short intro and immediate machine gun to the face Arise opening was better choice IMO.
"Arise" = "Master Of Puppets" of Sepultura. "Beneath The Remains" = "... And Justice For All" of Sepultura. & "Schizophrenia" = "Ride The Lightning" of Sepultura.
drum intro that nice& awesome the drummer uncle Igor indeed smash my hand when I'm hear that song..until i make a ringtones porra thrash from premier king of a 🇲🇾
I comment a second time ,,two years later this song w it's dual substance track split ,, note for note ,for right now , and for a while ,is my personal ,, stoned assed , favorite metal song ever recorded goddamn sepultura at their finest ,, spanning all the way to quadra. Checking out the song video ' 'mask' feat ... devon townsend it's fuckin bad A ..
I love this whole album. When it came out I had never heard anything like it. Seeing them them live in New Orleans touring with Pantera was akin to having a religious experience. It was an assault on the senses but in a good way. Damn, I miss this band. ❤
Fucking Territory? Got one of the heaviest breakdowns in metal history in the last 30 seconds. I get some people not liking Roots, but man, Chaos AD is heavy as hell.
Well aint the whole album, but the song Sanctuary fukin made me feel like they wher back ,but rest of album just didn't keep the hype for me , but the song Sanctuary was atleast a newer kick asss wanna kill your enemy song haha
