Building these houses in a tinder box is the fault of zoning, and building practices in California. How long it takes for a water laden helicopter to reach the "INITIAL FIRE" ? most of the time the fire fighters are NOT showing swift action. how the fire is allowed to spread for hours? how many fire fighting helicopters are available with USA? it looks silly.......every year same story. at least 1% fund of the US military could be diverted for fire fighting.
