Well in the manga you can see how the relationship between Mika and Yuu worked out and there are already severak signs that at least Mika feel something for Yuu. By the way in recent chapters of the manga there are already several compliments from Yuu towards Mika.(In my opinion, yes, it is a bit canon the ship of Mika and Yuu, but hey, that’s my opinion.)
in my opinion i don't think none of Serap of End ships work out revolving Yuu because he hasn't shown any crush, liking and obsessive or peak attention to anyone, but that's juts my opinion
