Everybody hates her as franchise corporate tailored mascot designed to nail and squeeze profit out of extremely popular at time and actually best selling ever the most profitable K/DA skins line. Though, alas, Sera got so much hate for being shameless obvious money maker that people never invest in her skins on principle. Even star guardian Jinx for being the most cute Jinx skin sells wel due to Arcane, but not Sera. Though, would make sense to add her cameo into Arcane, amongst refugees fleeing Zaun due to war. @tcetif oh shoot, that's true! Other than her (who has blue hair due to being basically a miku parody) I can't think of any other Ionians with colored hair. This might mean that Sona is mixed (like Caitlyn, whose father is Ionian - as revealed in Arcane) or maybe having colored hair in Ionia is possible, but exceptionally rare. Needless to say, I still do like the concept of Seraphine having naturally brown hair, as her Earth counterpart is 100% Chinese, and would have naturally brown/black hair.
