I think it's normal, it is not obvious in her first skill but it acts the same with her third skill where you might see that you can hit an enemy while youre aiming but they can actually dash away from it. Her first skill aoe basically starts from the middle and then the circle aoe goes bigger, enemies can still dash away from it before it fully lands and they wont be hit.

Honestly yea while i love KDA seraphine her effects just lacks compare to her other skins on wild rift

I think that's because K/DA All Out's theme is all crystals, sparkles, and audio visuals while Mythmaker has bunnies, flowers, clouds, vines, butterflies, leaves, and origami

K/DA All Out is supposed to be clean and modern ig that's why it's simple looking
