For being a smaller ship, it does have a nice amount of things to do. Nothing like the mega ships, but I feel if you can't find something to do, you're not looking hard enough. 🙂 As for how the terminal is laid out for waiting, we were onboard so fast I literally didn't get a chance to hardly look around. The ship has docked the night before so we were onboard and in out stateroom 15 minutes after arriving at the port.

We stayed in the Courtyard by Marriot Tampa West Shore Airport. They do have a shuttle from the airport, but not to the cruise port. We used an Uber, and it was pretty cheap. There are shuttle services that will pick you up from the hotel and take you to the port for a fee, but it isn't a hotel service. Ask the front desk, and they will likely have a suggestion for shuttle service to the port. There was a group being picked up the day we left, but they had a full van, which is why we just grabbed an Uber. I hope this helps.

We were in cabin 8639. It was an interior cabin and was very roomy for an interior location.
