In a call for service where a victim requested a supervisor (sergeant). We arrived before the sergeant but after the responding officers had attempted to calm the complainant.
The complainant was upset at the security guard for allegedly throwing cat food at him during an argument about him walking his dog in the property. According to the complainant, the security guard called him "flamboyant" which the man took offense to.
The sergeant shows up and immediately looks at
